This section expresses support for the designation of International Black Aviation Professionals Day, encourages its observation through recognition and celebration of the contributions of Black aviation professionals, and requests that the President issue a proclamation calling upon the people of the United States to recognize the stories and contributions of Black American aviation professionals who broke barriers and innovated in the field, provide enhanced curriculum in schools, libraries, and other places of learning to educate the public about Black aviation pioneers, and support greater opportunities for Black Americans in all areas of aviation.
