H.Res. 11 — Fair Representation Amendment

This section directs the 16 House committees listed in subsection (b) to review laws within their jurisdiction and submit to the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, within 6 months after adoption of the resolution, changes sufficient to eliminate excessive Executive Branch discretion in the application of those laws. The committees are the Committee on Agriculture, the Committee on Armed Services, the Committee on the Budget, the Committee on Energy and Commerce, the Committee on Education and the Workforce, the Committee on Financial Services, the Committee on Foreign Affairs, the Committee on the Judiciary, the Committee on Natural Resources, the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology, the Committee on Small Business, the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, the Committee on Veterans Affairs, the Committee on Ways and Means, and the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.

This section directs the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform to expeditiously report legislation carrying out all recommendations received pursuant to section 1 without any substantive revision and establishes the short title of such legislation as the Article One Restoration Act.
