This section supports the designation of National Women in Agriculture Day, recognizes the important role of women in agriculture as producers, educators, leaders, mentors, and more, and encourages all citizens to recognize women working in the field and praise their contributions to U.S. food resources and the agricultural workforce by empowering women to enter the high-demand agricultural field, cultivate leadership opportunities, and help feed a hungry world.
