H.Res. 114 — Directing the Secretary of Homeland Security to transmit to the House of Representatives certain documents relating to Department of Homeland Security policies and activities related to domestic preparedness and collective response to terrorism and the Department's cybersecurity activities.

This section directs the Secretary of Homeland Security to transmit to the House of Representatives, not later than 14 days after adoption of the resolution, copies of any Department documentation in the Secretary’s possession relating to domestic preparedness and collective response to terrorism or the Department’s cybersecurity activities that refers or relates to (1) any pause of Department grants, loans, or other financial assistance on or after January 20, 2025; (2) implementation of Executive Orders 14159, 14169, 14162, 14154, 14151, 14168, and 14182 and Office of Management and Budget Memorandum M–25–13; (3) evaluations of potential risks to such preparedness, response, or cybersecurity activities from those pauses or implementations; and (4) related communications with organizations outside the Department.
