H.Res. 1210 — Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives in support of the International Atomic Energy Agency's (IAEA) nuclear security role.

This section states the sense of the House of Representatives that (1) the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) plays an indispensable role in strengthening nuclear security and safety globally; (2) the United States has a vital interest in preventing the spread of nuclear weapons and securing nuclear materials; and (3) the United States and other IAEA member states should ensure the IAEA has sufficient resources by supporting ministerial meetings on nuclear security, contributing to the IAEA's Nuclear Security Plan, providing political, technical, and financial support to the Nuclear Security Fund, and developing a strategy for non-state and private sector contributions to the fund.
