This section directs the chair of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform to initiate or intervene in a federal court proceeding, not later than 30 days after this resolution's approval, to seek a declaratory judgment affirming Pamela J. Bondi's duty to comply with a subpoena issued to her on March 17, 2026, for deposition testimony as part of the committee's investigation into federal enforcement of sex trafficking laws—including the Department of Justice's handling of Jeffrey Epstein-related documents—and to seek ancillary relief including injunctive relief.
