H.Res. 1236 — Expressing support for the designation of May 2026 as "Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month".

This section expresses the sense of the House of Representatives—(1) supporting the designation of “Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month”; (2) recognizing the contribution of motorcycles to the transportation mix; (3) encouraging motorcycle awareness by all road users; (4) recognizing that motorcyclists have a right to the road and that all motorists should safely share the roadways; (5) encouraging rider safety education, training, and proper gear for safe motorcycle operation; and (6) supporting the goals of Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month.
