This section elects the following Members as ranking minority members to the specified standing committees of the House of Representatives: (1) Ms. Craig to the Committee on Agriculture; (2) Ms. DeLauro to the Committee on Appropriations; (3) Mr. Smith of Washington to the Committee on Armed Services; (4) Mr. Boyle of Pennsylvania to the Committee on the Budget; (5) Mr. Scott of Virginia to the Committee on Education and Workforce; (6) Mr. Pallone to the Committee on Energy and Commerce; (7) Ms. Waters to the Committee on Financial Services; (8) Mr. Meeks to the Committee on Foreign Affairs; (9) Mr. Thompson of Mississippi to the Committee on Homeland Security; (10) Mr. Raskin to the Committee on the Judiciary; (11) Mr. Huffman to the Committee on Natural Resources; (12) Mr. Connolly to the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform; (13) Ms. Lofgren to the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology; (14) Ms. Velázquez to the Committee on Small Business; (15) Mr. Larsen of Washington to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure; (16) Mr. Takano to the Committee on Veterans' Affairs; and (17) Mr. Neal to the Committee on Ways and Means.
