H.Res. 155 — Reaffirming the United States unwavering support for Ukraine's sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity as Russia's illegal full-scale invasion of Ukraine hits its third year.

This section expresses the sense of the House of Representatives on Russia's war against Ukraine by (1) recognizing that discussions on Ukraine's future must include Ukraine; (2) condemning Russia's war crimes, destruction of Ukrainian society, and violations of international law; (3) reaffirming the U.S. commitment to Ukraine's sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity; (4) urging the immediate and unconditional withdrawal of Russian forces from all Ukrainian territory, including Crimea and the Donbas, and stating that negotiations must be based on Ukraine's sovereignty; (5) demanding international action to secure the return of at least 19,000 kidnapped Ukrainian children, recognizing the deportations as war crimes and genocide; (6) supporting prosecution of Vladimir Putin and other Russian leaders for war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide; and (7) stressing that any sustainable peace deal must include Ukraine and European allies.
