H.Res. 158 — Recognizing three years of Ukraine defending its sovereign territory against the Russian Federation's second unprovoked assault and full-scale invasion.

This section declares that the House of Representatives (1) stands unequivocally with the people of Ukraine as they defend their territory in the third year of the Russian Federation’s unprovoked full-scale invasion; (2) condemns the Russian Federation’s invasion and its collaboration with the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the People’s Republic of China to commit crimes against humanity by supplying soldiers and weapons; (3) supports allied and partner efforts to strengthen Ukraine’s military, governance, and economy; (4) supports using Russian frozen assets for Ukraine’s wartime needs and continued sanctions on the Russian Federation and its material supporters; and (5) reaffirms the United States commitment to the Ukrainian people in preserving their territory, culture, and history.
