H.Res. 26 — Deeming certain conduct of members of Antifa as domestic terrorism and designating Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization.

This section deems conduct by Antifa members or any unlawful conduct performed at an Antifa-affiliated demonstration to be domestic terrorism (as defined in 18 U.S.C. 2331); designates Antifa and any affiliated group or subsidiary as a domestic terrorist organization; and calls on the Department of Justice to prosecute such crimes and use all available tools and resources to combat the spread of domestic terrorism committed by Antifa.
