Res. 18, a joint resolution disapproving the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection rule on “Overdraft Lending: Very Large Financial Institutions.” It waives all points of order against the joint resolution and its consideration, deems the measure as read, and orders the previous question to final passage, allowing one hour of debate equally divided and controlled by the chair and ranking minority member of the Committee on Financial Services and one motion to commit.
