This section expresses the sense of the House of Representatives by (1) encouraging Israel and its Arab and Muslim-majority neighbors to deepen and expand cooperation across economic, security, and civilian issues, with emphasis on collaborative peace and tolerance education; (2) encouraging international organizations, including the United Nations, to prioritize counter-incitement in educational work throughout the region and eliminate antisemitism across all United Nations bodies; (3) supporting expansion of the Abraham Accords to urge additional countries to normalize relations with Israel and deliver tangible security and economic benefits; (4) encouraging the Department of State to engage countries in the region on curricula reform in bilateral dialogues, consistent with the goals of the Israel Relations Normalization Act of 2021, to promote regional stability, peace, and tolerance; and (5) encouraging civil society partners to work with governments worldwide to ensure the next generation receives quality, comprehensive peace and tolerance education.
