H.Res. 327 — Of inquiry requesting the President of the United States to furnish certain information to the House of Representatives relating to the operations of the Social Security Administration after March 12, 2025, including information on the Department of Government Efficiency's access to the Social Security Administration and to information in the possession of such Administration.

This section requests the President to furnish the House of Representatives, not later than 14 days after adoption of the resolution, copies of any documents, records, audio recordings, memoranda, call logs, correspondence, audit trails, written agreements, or other communications in his possession that refer or relate to Social Security Administration policies announced on March 18, 2025, and March 26, 2025, that end the ability to apply for benefits by phone and instead require in-person identity validation at local offices for those unable to file online; any closure or consolidation of field offices, card centers, or hearing offices after March 12, 2025; and any staffing reductions after March 12, 2025, including reduction-in-force actions under 5 U.S.C. §§ 3501–3504 and 5 C.F.R. part 351. The request encompasses documents containing analysis of the effects of these changes on the public’s access to Social Security Administration services and benefits.
