H.Res. 332 — Supporting the designation of the week of April 11 through April 17, 2025, as the eighth annual "Black Maternal Health Week", founded by Black Mamas Matter Alliance, Inc. (BMMA), to bring national attention to the maternal and reproductive health crisis in the United States and the importance of reducing maternal mortality and morbidity among Black women and birthing people.

This section recognizes that Black women experience disproportionately high rates of maternal mortality and morbidity in the United States and declares these rates unacceptable and unjust. It states that Congress must address systemic and structural racism by ensuring the Black community has safe and affordable housing, transportation equity, nutritious food, clean air and water, toxin-free environments, decriminalization with an end to civil penalties, surveillance, and mandatory reporting in criminal and family regulation systems, safety from violence including by government actors, a living wage, equal economic opportunity, a sustained workforce pipeline for diverse perinatal professionals, and comprehensive reproductive health care. The section further states that Congress must support human rights, reproductive justice, and birth justice frameworks, include Black women and birthing people in relevant policy decisions, pass the Black Maternal Health Momnibus Act, and use Black Maternal Health Week to deepen national conversations, amplify community-driven solutions, center Black voices and organizations, and increase funding for Black-led perinatal and reproductive health efforts.
