This section expresses support for the designation of National Brain Tumor Awareness Month and encourages increased public awareness of brain tumors to honor individuals who have lost their lives to or currently live with a brain tumor diagnosis. It supports efforts to develop better treatments that improve quality of life and long-term prognosis for those diagnosed, expresses support for individuals battling brain tumors and their families, friends, and caregivers, and urges a collaborative approach to advancing understanding of and treatment for brain tumors.
