H.Res. 372 — Recognizing the impact the stigmatization of menstruation has on the lives of women, girls, and people who menstruate, and expressing support for the designation of the month of May as "National Menstrual Health Awareness Month".

This section supports the designation of a National Menstrual Health Awareness Month and the goals of normalizing menstruation as a healthy biological process, eliminating period stigma, educating young people on menstrual health management and its effects on physical and mental health, developing supportive standards of menstrual health education and care, and improving access to care and information for conditions such as dysmenorrhea, fibroids, endometriosis, and polycystic ovary syndrome. This section also acknowledges the importance of access to menstrual products and safe sanitation facilities in schools and workplaces, recognizes the burden of negative stigmas on health equity, and supports expanded clinical research and health education on menstrual health conditions and menopause.
