H.Res. 47 — Concerning the National Collegiate Athletic Association policy for eligibility in women's sports.

This section calls on the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) to revoke its transgender student-athlete eligibility policy and to prohibit transgender-identifying males from competing on any women’s sports roster or in collegiate competition. It urges the NCAA to require member conferences to adopt biological sex-based policies across all sports and divisions and calls on all U.S. sports-governing bodies to protect the category of women’s sport for biological women and girls.
