H.Res. 486 — Providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 3001) to advance commonsense priorities.

This section provides for the immediate consideration of H.R. 3001 to advance commonsense priorities in the House. It waives all points of order against the bill and its provisions, deems an amendment in the nature of a substitute adopted, treats the bill as read, orders the previous question to final passage after one hour of debate equally divided and controlled by Representative Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania or a designee and an opponent, and permits one motion to recommit.

This section provides that the amendment in the nature of a substitute made in order under the first section of the resolution is the last such amendment submitted by Representative Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania and printed in the Congressional Record at least one day before consideration of H.R. 3001, and directs that it be considered as adopted.
