H.Res. 492 — Directing the Clerk of the House of Representatives to make a correction in the engrossment of H.R. 1.

This section directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives, in engrossing H.R. 1, to make 20 technical and conforming corrections, including (1) striking specified paragraphs, subsections, and phrases—such as subsection (a) of sec. 10106; paragraph (21) of sec. 20005; paragraph (8) of sec. 20008(a); and references to "intelligence," "or any successor regulation," and "(or a successor regulation)" throughout multiple sections (e.g., secs. 44124, 44133, 44201, 44302, 44305, and 20009); (2) striking entire sections 20012, 80131, and 112205; and (3) replacing proposed paragraph (2) of sec. 17(a) of the Mineral Leasing Act in sec. 80101(c)(1) with language requiring oil and gas leases to include applicable land use plan terms and conditions and prohibiting additional stipulations or mitigation not in such plans.
