H.Res. 501 — BUDS Resolution

This section authorizes joint sponsorship of public bills and public resolutions by two Members, one from the majority party and one from the minority party, including the Delegates and the Resident Commissioner. It permits both joint sponsors to name cosponsors and requires both to submit the constitutional authority statement.
