H.Res. 728 — Condemning the tragic act of violence on September 10, 2025, in Evergreen, Colorado, recognizing the victims, survivors, and responders and expressing condolences and support to their families and their communities.

This section resolves that the House of Representatives (1) condemns the act of violence at Evergreen High School in Evergreen, Colorado, on September 10, 2025; (2) honors the victims and survivors; (3) extends condolences to the victims' friends and families and the communities of Evergreen High School and Jefferson County, Colorado; (4) recognizes the strength of the Evergreen community in responding to the tragedy; and (5) honors first responders, law enforcement, school safety officers, health care providers, educators, faculty, and neighbors for safeguarding lives during and after the attack.
