H.Res. 735 — Supporting the designation of the month of July as "American Families Month".

This section expresses the sense of the House of Representatives (1) recognizing that stably married mothers and fathers provide the best outcomes for children; (2) recognizing the importance of the nuclear family to the success and prosperity of the United States; (3) acknowledging the detrimental impacts of declining marriage rates; (4) calling for policies that support nuclear families and remove barriers to family formation; and (5) supporting designation of American Families Month to raise awareness of strong, stably married families.
