H.Res. 759 — Expressing support for the recognition of September 2025 as "National Children's Emotional Wellness Month" and for increased public awareness regarding children's emotional health and wellness.

This section expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that (1) National Children’s Emotional Wellness Month should be recognized to increase public awareness and support for children’s emotional health and wellness; (2) rising rates of suicide, depression, and anxiety among American children are concerning; (3) America’s pediatric and mental health workforce and nonprofit organizations should be thanked for improving children’s emotional well-being and addressing the needs of children and families; and (4) maternal and paternal mental health care should be supported as an effective means to promote children’s emotional and mental health.
