H.Res. 77 — Supporting the designation of January 30, 2025, as "Fred Korematsu Day of Civil Liberties and the Constitution".

This section expresses the sense of the House of Representatives (1) supporting the designation of a Fred Korematsu Day of Civil Liberties and the Constitution, (2) recognizing Fred Korematsu’s bravery and resilience in the face of adversity, and (3) encouraging all people to reflect on the importance of political leadership and vigilance and on the values of justice and civil rights during times of uncertainty and emergency.
