H.Res. 770 — Expressing support for "Military Sexual Trauma Awareness Day".

This section expresses the sense of the House of Representatives regarding military sexual trauma by (1) supporting Military Sexual Trauma Awareness Day; (2) affirming its commitment to supporting survivors and providing them high-quality care; (3) acknowledging the impact of military sexual trauma, committing to break the stigma, and dedicating resources to improve support systems for survivors and families; (4) encouraging the Department of Defense and Department of Veterans Affairs to expand access to related services and ensure they are publicized and accessible; (5) promoting transparency and accountability in handling such cases to build trust and prevent retaliation or discrimination; and (6) committing to work with the Department of Defense to address root causes and eradicate military sexual trauma.
