This section states the sense of the House of Representatives by (1) commending the Council of Europe for its efforts to seek justice for Ukraine in response to Russian aggression and other international crimes; (2) encouraging continued U.S. collaboration with the Council of Europe to support Ukraine's pursuit of peace, justice, sovereignty, and democratic governance; and (3) reaffirming the House's commitment to stand with Ukraine and work with international partners to ensure accountability for violations of international law.
