H.Res. 779 — Providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 1834) to advance policy priorities that will break the gridlock.

This section directs the House, immediately upon adoption of the resolution, to proceed to consideration of H.R. 1834, as amended by substituting the text of H.R. 5450 (as introduced); waives all points of order against consideration of the bill and its provisions; deems the bill, as amended, as read; and orders the previous question to final passage without intervening motion except (1) one hour of debate equally divided and controlled by the chair and ranking minority member of the Committee on Appropriations (or designees) and (2) one motion to recommit.
