H.Res. 827 — Expressing support for the recognition of October 26, 2025, as Intersex Awareness Day, and supporting the goals and ideals of Intersex Awareness Day.

This section expresses the sense of the House of Representatives regarding Intersex Awareness Day by (1) supporting its goals and ideals; (2) encouraging the federal government, states, localities, nonprofit organizations, schools, and community organizations to observe the day with programs and activities to increase public knowledge of the intersex community and promote respect for its diversity; (3) encouraging health care providers to deliver culturally and clinically competent care respecting bodily autonomy and self-determination, and encouraging schools to provide intersex-related education and connect affected individuals and families to resources; and (4) encouraging the federal government, states, international funding organizations, and U.S. bilateral and multilateral aid efforts to prioritize the health and human rights of intersex people.
