H.Res. 850 — Expressing support for the designation of November 8, 2025, as "National First-Generation College Celebration Day".

This section urges all people in the United States to (1) celebrate National First-Generation College Celebration Day; (2) recognize the role of first-generation college students in developing the future workforce; and (3) celebrate the Higher Education Act of 1965 and its programs that assist historically excluded students in accessing higher education.
