H.Res. 852 — Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that Israel maintains sovereignty over the Temple Mount and recognizing the importance of religious freedom for all on the Temple Mount.

This section directs the House of Representatives to (1) affirm the inalienable right of the Jewish people to full access to the Temple Mount and to pray and worship there, consistent with religious freedom principles; (2) recognize the Temple Mount's integral role in Jewish heritage and history; (3) support Israel's efforts to safeguard Muslim worshippers' rights and the integrity of Islamic structures there, per current Israeli policies; and (4) reaffirm recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's undivided capital, including Israeli sovereignty over the Temple Mount.
