H.Res. 87 — Commemorating the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz extermination camp in Nazi-occupied Poland and International Holocaust Remembrance Day.

This section expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that (1) all people of the United States should remember the 1,100,000 innocent victims murdered at the Auschwitz extermination camp as part of the Holocaust, the 6,000,000 Jews killed during the Holocaust, and all victims of the Nazi reign of terror; (2) the legacy of Holocaust and Auschwitz survivors should be honored; (3) the people of the United States should work toward tolerance, peace, and justice and to end all genocide and persecution; and (4) the United States should recommit to combating all forms of anti-Semitism.
