This section establishes a procedure, upon adoption of the resolution, for the House to consider without points of order a motion offered by the chair or ranking minority member of the Committee on Appropriations (or designee) to concur in the Senate amendment to H.R. 5371 (making continuing appropriations and extensions for FY2026); deems the amendment and motion as read; provides one hour of debate equally divided and controlled by the Appropriations chair and ranking minority member (or designees); and orders the previous question.
