This section expresses the House of Representatives' support for the designation of Prematurity Awareness Month and calls on the people of the United States, interest groups, and affected individuals to (1) observe the month with appropriate events and activities, (2) take an active role in promoting awareness, and (3) encourage parents and communities to support preterm birth prevention programs.
