H.Res. 88 — Supporting the designation of January 31, 2025, as "Earned Income Tax Credit Awareness Day".

This section expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that (1) there should be an Earned Income Tax Credit Awareness Day; and (2) federal, state, and local agencies, community organizations, nonprofit organizations, employers, and other partners should increase awareness of the earned income tax credit, other refundable tax credits, and free tax filing assistance to ensure eligible workers access these benefits.
