This section expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that (1) it welcomes the November 6, 2025, announcement of Kazakhstan's anticipated accession to the Abraham Accords (i.e., U.S.-brokered normalization agreements between Israel and certain Arab states), enhancing Israel-Kazakhstan ties; (2) Israel and Kazakhstan should encourage greater people-to-people ties to sustain the agreement; (3) the United States should expand and strengthen the Abraham Accords; (4) other countries should normalize or deepen relations with Israel, including by joining the Abraham Accords, to promote Middle East peace and prosperity; and (5) Israel should maintain strong international standing and U.S. bilateral relations based on shared values.
