H.Res. 91 — Providing amounts for the expenses of the Committee on the Budget in the One Hundred Nineteenth Congress.

This section authorizes not more than $11,990,000 from applicable House accounts for the expenses of the Committee on the Budget, including staff salaries, for the 119th Congress.

This section limits availability of funds provided in section 1 as follows: (1) not more than $5,995,000 for expenses incurred during the period beginning at noon on January 3, 2025, and ending immediately before noon on January 3, 2026; and (2) not more than $5,995,000 for expenses incurred during the period beginning at noon on January 3, 2026, and ending immediately before noon on January 3, 2027.

This section requires payments under the resolution to be made on vouchers authorized by the committee, signed by the committee chairman, and approved in the manner directed by the Committee on House Administration.
