H.Res. 915 — Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the Ukrainian famine of 1932-1933, known as the Holodomor, is recognized as a genocide and should serve as a reminder of repressive Soviet policies against the people of Ukraine.

This section expresses the sense of the House of Representatives regarding the Holodomor and related matters by—(1) recognizing the Ukrainian famine of 1932–1933, known as the Holodomor, as a genocide; (2) remembering the atrocities of the Holodomor and extending sympathies to its victims, survivors, and families; (3) condemning the Soviet Union's systematic violations of human rights against the Ukrainian people; (4) encouraging dissemination of information about the Holodomor to counter Kremlin denial; (5) condemning Vladimir Putin's war in Ukraine and his rejections of Ukrainian sovereignty; and (6) supporting efforts for lasting peace in Ukraine and to deter Russian aggression.
