H.Res. 92 — Providing amounts for the expenses of the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence in the One Hundred Nineteenth Congress.

This section authorizes not more than $19,240,928 for expenses of the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, including staff salaries, for the 119th Congress.

This section limits availability of funds appropriated in section 1 as follows: (1) not more than $9,538,983 for expenses incurred from noon on January 3, 2025, through immediately before noon on January 3, 2026; and (2) not more than $9,701,945 for expenses incurred from noon on January 3, 2026, through immediately before noon on January 3, 2027.

This section requires payments under the resolution to be made on vouchers authorized by the Committee, signed by the Chairman of the Committee, and approved in the manner directed by the Committee on House Administration.
