H.Res. 938 — Condemning the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey and committing to advancing reproductive justice and judicial reform.

This section states the sense of the House of Representatives—(1) condemning the Supreme Court’s holding in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization; (2) committing to utilize constitutional authorities under Article III to enact judicial reform to reassure public confidence in the Supreme Court; (3) committing to ensure that federal law advances reproductive justice, recognizing access to abortion as a fundamental liberty; (4) committing to protect communities disproportionately impacted by Dobbs, including women of color, undocumented women, women living in poverty, LGBTQIA+ individuals, gender nonconforming individuals, and individuals with disabilities; and (5) urging the executive branch to utilize constitutional authorities and a whole-of-government approach to advance reproductive justice.
