This section provides for the immediate consideration in the House of H.R. 6039 to advance commonsense priorities. It waives all points of order against consideration of the bill and its provisions (as amended); deems as adopted a substitute amendment submitted by the ranking minority member of the Committee on House Administration (with the last such amendment controlling if multiple are submitted); and orders the previous question on the bill, as amended, and any further amendment thereto, to final passage without intervening motion except (1) one hour of debate equally divided and controlled by the chair and ranking minority member of the Committee on House Administration or their designees, and (2) one motion to recommit.
