S. 1015 — A bill to extend the National Flood Insurance Program through December 31, 2026.

This section extends the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), which provides flood insurance to property owners in participating communities, through December 31, 2026 (from September 30, 2023). It also extends the temporary authority of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Administrator to borrow up to $30.425 billion (with presidential approval) from the Treasury for the National Flood Insurance Fund through December 31, 2026 (from September 30, 2023).
