S. 1016 — Vicksburg National Military Park Boundary Modification Act

This section directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey to the State of Mississippi, without consideration and subject to appropriate terms and conditions, two parcels of National Park Service land within Vicksburg National Military Park: (1) approximately 3.66 acres depicted on map VICK–2024–01, to be used as a welcome center or other public use; and (2) approximately 6.48 acres depicted on map VICK–2024–02, to be used as an interpretive center, museum, or other public use. Upon conveyance of each parcel, the Secretary shall modify the park boundary to reflect the conveyance.
