S. 125 — End Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Providers Act

This section prohibits federal funds from being made available to any entity, or its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, or clinics, that performs abortions, provides abortion referrals, or funds other entities that perform abortions, effective 60 days after enactment. The prohibition does not apply to abortions resulting from rape or incest or where a physician certifies that the woman's physical condition places her in danger of death unless an abortion is performed; it does not affect existing limitations on abortion funding in appropriations acts; and federal laws enacted after the effective date are subject unless they explicitly exclude application of this prohibition.
