S. 1413 — A bill to authorize additional funding for the San Joaquin River Restoration Settlement Act.

This section increases the authorization of appropriations to implement the San Joaquin River Restoration Settlement—under which the Bureau of Reclamation restores and maintains fish populations in the San Joaquin River downstream of Friant Dam while providing water supply reliability to Friant Division long-term contractors—to $750 million (from $250 million) under subsections (a)(1) and (b)(1) of Section 10009. The section also increases the authorization of appropriations for Friant Division improvements to $75 million (from $50 million) under Section 10203(c).
