S. 1456 — Military Installation Retail Security Act of 2025

The Secretary may waive prohibitions or terminations if retailer goods/services are vital for Armed Forces welfare/morale with no alternatives and risks are mitigated, requiring a report to the Senate and House Armed Services Committees within 30 days. Covered retailers must notify CFIUS within 30 days of enactment; CFIUS must investigate and determine national security effects within 180 days, with annual ownership disclosures required if approved.
