S. 1517 — BE GONE Act

This section expands the definition of aggravated felony under the Immigration and Nationality Act to include sexual assault and aggravated sexual violence as a new category (subparagraph (V)). (Thus, noncitizens convicted of such offenses become deportable regardless of sentence length and generally ineligible for asylum, cancellation of removal, voluntary departure, and waivers of inadmissibility.)
