S. 1674 — Mammoth Cave National Park Boundary Adjustment Act of 2025

This section modifies land acquisition authorities for Mammoth Cave National Park by (1) requiring the existing $350,000 authorization amount in Section 11 of the Act of June 5, 1942 (16 U.S.C. 404c-11), to be adjusted for inflation according to the Consumer Price Index published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics; and (2) authorizing the Secretary of the Interior to acquire approximately 551.14 acres of land and interests therein, as depicted on map numbered 135/177,967 and dated May 2025, for inclusion in the park.
