The required information includes (1) descriptions of stages completed by the covered or reviewing agency and the duration in days of each such stage; (2) the application's current status and days at that stage; (3) contact information for each individual reviewing the application in the covered or reviewing agency; (4) descriptions of remaining stages before a determination; and (5) an estimated timeline for a determination. (Permit and agency have the meanings given in 5 U.S.C. §551.)
