S. 1786 — One Stop Shop for Small Business Licensing Act of 2025

This section directs the Administrator of the Small Business Administration (SBA) to ensure the continued public availability, on and after enactment, of the SBA website providing information on business permitting and licensing requirements (i.e., the website at https://www.sba.gov/business-guide/launch-your-business/apply-licenses-permits as of May 14, 2025, or any successor site with substantially similar information, as updated for changes in applicable requirements).
